Floral Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Gin

• 1/2 oz. Zucca

• 1 oz. Lemon Juice

• 1 oz. Drinkslinger Strawberry Mint Shrub

• 3 drops Drinkslinger Pansy Dropper Tincture

• 1 Egg White

Process

Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a whiskey glass. Add ice block, splash with ginger beer and top with small flowers.

Notes

Bittersweet and floral with a velvety texture thanks to the egg white. The mint and ginger mellow out the additional juniper bite from the gin, making this cocktail an all-around crowd pleaser and a great introduction to gin for those that are a little timid to try it out.
