In short, I was a craft cocktail bartender for ten years. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and, by 2021, the day-to-day grind of a schedule to publicly bartend became too much of a physical and mental toll.
I still love the craft and my passion for tasty and unique cocktails is super strong so I started Drinkslinger as a total passion project and as a means to give back to those that enjoy drinking hand crafted cocktails.

Yes! Treat Drinkslinger products as you would any other condiment, refrigerate when not in use. However, if you “party too hard” and your bottle is left out overnight this is okay!
Our shrubs specifically have been cooked with vinegar which acts as a natural preservative while also adding a savory flavor.
