El Guapo

Ingredients

• 2 oz Mezcal

• 3/4 oz Black Pepper Honey Syrup

• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

• 1/2 oz Amaro CioCiaro

Process

Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a whiskey glass. Add ice and a twist of orange.

Notes

Spicy, tart, sweet, and a touch of smoke. The amaro adds a subtle layer of herbal and earthiness. Complex yet balanced, everything a cocktail should be.
