The perfect combination of sweet and spicy, black pepper honey syrup is a great addition to any spirit. Give your Bees Knees a little extra sting or add a little warmth to your Whiskey Sours. Sling this syrup into your French 75 for some zip, the possibilities are endless. Contains raw Wildflower Honey from the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia with added ground black peppercorns and a splash of tabasco.

Blackberries straight from the Drinkslinger garden are cooked and reduced down with sugar, water, sprigs of oregano, and ginger root that has been sliced and muddled. After a low and slow boil, this mixture is finely strained and filtered, leaving no pulp or seeds. Lastly, red wine vinegar is added and the batch is then allowed to cool overnight.

Certainly more tart than sweet on the palate. A berry and lavender aroma instantly becomes apparent while a slight nuttiness comes through with a savory flourish. Overall, envision a freshly baked blueberry pie. Pair this with any spirit under the sun and you’re well on your way to cocktail bliss. Whiskey? Gin? Whip up a blueberry smash. Vodka cranberry drinkers? Try a little something more adventurous with this mix. Of course, feel free to top with club soda or anything fizzy to really bring about that effervescent goodness. Any lighter protein and leafy salad would definitely benefit from a beverage with this shrub in it.

Fresh cranberries, rosemary, and red wine vinegar collide to create a festive blend of fruity, tart, sweet, and savory. Mix with vodka, gin, bubbles, or other fizzy drinks for a little extra holiday cheer. Add a touch of orange juice for an additional zip.

What better way to enjoy the upcoming warmer spring months than with a beverage enhancer that adds vegetal, herbal, sweet, and savory notes to any crafted drink? Cucumber and basil combined with a splash of white wine vinegar, just add any spirit or beverage topper and you are well on your way to springtime bliss.

Sweet, floral, and vanilla flavors are all rolled together. For a springy or early summer twist on any classic cocktails - like an Old Fashioned or a French 75, use this syrup. Even using this as a sweetener for classic sweet tea would work quite well too.

Freshly squeezed oranges are cooked with fennel seed and cloves for a juicy citrus experience with a subtle warming spiced finish. Champagne vinegar is added for just the right amount of savory and for added depth of flavor.
-
Granny Smith Apples are smoked over hickory wood and then blended down with cinnamon, sugar, and water which is then brought to a low boil. Carefully strained by hand, a splash of organic Apple Cider Vinegar is added before cooling. A smoky, sweet, and savory salute to the Autumn season. Pairs with whiskey and anything fizzy.

Spring has certainly sprung when strawberry, mint, and a little balsamic vinegar come together to bring your palate pleasant notes of fruity, sweet, and savory. This is another versatile mix, not meant to be exclusive to any one type of spirit or beverage topper. Lighter spirits mixed with this shrub tend to be refreshing and easier to drink while darker or heavier spirits draw more of a lasting flavor ride with each and every sip. Non-alcoholic drinks are certainly not being neglected on the experience either. Just splash this shrub with anything fizzy and enjoy just the same.

A palate-pleasing taste of melon is introduced followed by mild sweetness from the honey. The cilantro comes through next but not in an alarming way. The anise brings up the finish with a subdued licorice aftertaste but not by losing that initial melon flavor.
Shaken or stirred, Drinkslinger beverage additives come in a wide variety of sizes and flavors for all occasions.
