Ingredients

• 2 oz Silver Tequila

• 1 oz Black Pepper Honey Syrup

• 3 drops Drinkslinger Habanero Tincture

• 1/2 oz Lime Juice

• 1/2 oz Heirloom Pineapple Amaro

• 1 Egg White

• 3 pinches Ground Cayenne Pepper

Process

Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a salt-rimmed whiskey glass. Add crushed ice, cayenne dust, and a fancy flower.

Notes

Not as spicy as it seems but the heat is definitely there in a numbing sense. Fruity and tart yet not overly sweet. A hotter take on a classic Margarita.
