Blueberry Rye

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey

• 1 oz Drinkslinger Blueberry Shrub

• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

• 1/4 oz Drinkslinger Gardenia Syrup

• 1 Egg White

Process

Dry shake ingredients for 4-5 seconds before adding ice to shake again. Double strain into a large coupe. Skewered blueberries for garnish.

Tastes and feels just like a silky and tart blueberry pie with a subtle bite from the rye whiskey. Smooth yet dangerous.
